Technical description Renault 16 TS 1968 BODYWORK The body and under frame are self-supporting and is an all steel, welded fabrication of unitary construction. The front- and rear wings are double shielded. At its sides the roof is somewhat pointed upwards, thus causing a so-called pagoda-roof. The rear side mainly consists out of the hood/luggage compartment, which can be greatly enlarged by removing (or turning) the rear seat end –bench.
